Calfaria is a Baptist church that:

• Proclaims the good news about Jesus Christ;
• Maintains the worship of the one true God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• Seeks to meet the needs of the people of Calfaria and the community.

Calfaria’s main purpose is:

• Welcoming everyone to the church, regardless of background.
• Coming together at least weekly to sing God’s praise, to pray to him, to read and learn from his word.
• Holding services both in Welsh and bilingually.
• Holding a communion service monthly, according to Christ’s command.
• Maintaining and developing a bilingual Sunday School and a children’s and youth club for the children of the area.
• Making the vestry available to community groups.
